Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team at TECH EHS Solution. This full-time position is based in Surat and involves actively managing recruitment processes to find top talent. The ideal candidate will engage in end-to-end recruitment activities and play a pivotal role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals. Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in recruiting with the ability to handle various hiring needs effectively (Mandatory skill). Strong talent acquisition skills, demonstrating an ability to attract, identify, and engage top talent. Experience in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires. Proficiency in hiring strategies, with a focus on sourcing and selecting the best candidates for specialized roles. Strong ability in talent sourcing through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Proactive approach in identifying recruitment challenges and providing effective solutions to overcome them. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct recruitment activities ensuring the swift and thorough identification of qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong pipelines for future opportunities by continually engaging with top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for roles. Manage job postings and recruitment advertising across various platforms to attract suitable candidates. Facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Assist in the negotiation of offers and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated. Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems for efficient workflow management.
