Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Use job portals, social media, and networking platforms like LinkedIn to source potential candidates. Manage job postings across various platforms to attract top talent. HR Marketing: Assist in building the company's employer brand by creating engaging recruitment campaigns and social media content. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and company culture on social media. Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and internal referral campaigns. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a smooth candidate experience. HR Operations Support: Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. Support the HR team in onboarding and employee engagement activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Passion for HR and talent acquisition with a keen interest in employer branding.
