**Your tasks**:
SHE representative with Site management staff, Install the SHE processes according to LEONI standards in the site.
- Lead of all SHE staff on the site level.
- Represent site in front of customer for specific SHE requirements
- Manage the Alert Management System for SHE topics (e.g.: red alerts)
- Assure compliance site with local legal requirements.
- Train and coach the site for SHE specific tools, methods and standards.
- Is overall responsible for all internal SHE inspections and respective countermeasures.
- Monitors SHE Site KPI’s and targets to implement the necessary actions to achieve them.
- Responsible for plan and perform emergency response plan for the applicable environmental contingencies
- Report to SHE country Leader when happened safety and environmental incidents in time,
- Focused on preventive actions to avoid safety and environmental incidents.
- Investigation of any incidents that occur in the workplace, analyze possible root causes, and recommend changes when required
- Authorized to stop production within production facility to mitigate risks to the health and to the environment if needed.
- Coordinates activities in the site and monitors results in order to achieve the defined SHE targets."
