Job Purpose Responsible for procuring services at the right cost and quality while contributing to cost savings and fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Maintain the Contract Expiry Calendar and ensure timely renewal of service contracts before expiry Utilize e-procurement and digital tools such as RFQ platforms and Reverse Auctions Evaluate tender responses based on Safety Health Environment SHE Quality and Commercials Manage vendor relationships including feedback evaluation and ensuring GST compliance Identify and develop new suppliers to support cost reduction initiatives and introduction of new technologies Prepare MIS reports analyze market dynamics and provide forecasts Review and follow up on pending PR reports Ensure adherence to Purchase Guidelines and Code of Conduct COC Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments and address related grievances or issues Review and renew General Purchase contracts e g Airlines Hotels Forex services Manage Responsible Purchasing and Sustainability Audits including ECOVADIS SMETA audits Annual Vendor Evaluations Supplier Charter sign-offs Desired Candidate Profile Qualification Engineering or MBA with good academics Min 6-8 years of Purchase function experience in SERVICES Working experience in manufacturing industry
