You’ll be working with the **business development** team.

This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the E-pack (battery pack) and E-pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

**What You'll Do**:
Walk with us into the future: You’re entering a retail outlet and you see an E-Pump (outside the premise) that’s rapidly charging EVs in 15 min. The fuel station you always go to now has a new addition - the E-Pump. You can see E-pumps at retail outlets, fuel stations, real estate properties, and other institutions.

All of this was possible because of this role (you).

Coming back to the present, you will drive strategic partnerships with organizations having widespread physical locations for growing our network presence Pan-India.

**Responsibilities**:

- B2B Business development for E-Pump deployment
- Strategic partnerships with Oil Marketing Companies, Retail Outlets, Institutional Charge Point Operators, and Other Institutions with a distributed Real Estate footprint to grow the E-Pump network
- Positioning E-pump as a network with superior value proposition & customized to the needs of target institutions and aligning incentives for stakeholders in the partnership.
- Relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Impeccable communication skills
- Ability to convey our value proposition to external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and customer-first attitude
