JOB TITLE

Brand Champions (Retail Sales)

**Responsibility**:

- Greet and assist customers at the retail counter in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, and ensure the retail counter is well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean and attractive sales environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Fluency in Tamil is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through commission-based sales.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Benefits**

Minimum Fixed Salary of Rs.13,500/
