Key Responsibilities:

- **Promoting products/services**:Telesales Representatives inform potential and existing customers about company offerings, highlighting features and benefits to generate interest.
- **Building customer relationships**:They establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor sales approaches to meet those needs effectively.
- **Meeting sales targets**:They are responsible for achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas, often measured by the number of successful sales or revenue generated.
- **Handling customer inquiries**:They answer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions, providing clear and accurate information.
- **Managing sales process**:This includes initiating calls, presenting information, handling objections, and closing sales, often using sales scripts and call strategies.
- **Maintaining customer records**:They update customer information, track interactions, and manage sales data using CRM systems or other designated tools.
- **Providing excellent customer service**:They strive to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering positive interactions.
- **Following up on leads**:They may follow up on leads generated by other teams or marketing campaigns, converting them into sales opportunities.
- **Staying informed**:They keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends to effectively engage with customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Sales skills**:Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and build rapport with customers.
