**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive **Call Center Agents** to handle **Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmation calls** and actively **pitch relevant upsell offers** to customers. As a voice support agent, you will play a key role in verifying orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing order value through effective communication and strategic upselling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers who have placed COD orders via our platform.
- Confirm the accuracy of customer details (name, address, contact info, etc.).
- Reconfirm the customer’s intent to receive the order and provide estimated delivery timelines.
- Identify and promote additional offers or complementary products based on customer profile and interest.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of the products to drive conversions.
- Handle objections with professionalism and confidence, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record call outcomes and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve scripts and sales techniques.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language skills a plus).
- Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work with sales targets and meet daily/weekly call and conversion quotas.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call handling tools or CRMs.
