**Job Title: Female Telecaller - Real EstateJob Location: [Noida 129 ]Reports to: Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries related to property listings, project details, and real estate services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources such as cold calls, online inquiries, referrals, etc.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinate and schedule site visits, meetings, and property showings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- **Maintain Customer Database**: Update and maintain the CRM system with details of client interactions, feedback, and requirements.
- **Provide Property Information**: Offer accurate information about real estate projects, pricing, availability, and legal aspects to interested clients.
- **Support the Sales Team**: Assist the sales team by nurturing leads and facilitating smooth communication between clients and real estate agents.
- **Handle Queries**: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding available properties, financing options, and documentation processes.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and outcomes for review by the sales manager.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle clients' questions or concerns professionally.
- **Sales Acumen**: Understanding of real estate sales processes and the ability to influence potential buyers.
- **Basic Knowledge of Real Estate**: Familiarity with real estate terms, regulations, and the market trends is a plus.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups simultaneously.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From ₹15,086.00 per month
