**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Gather data from various internal and external sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret large sets of data to generate meaningful insights.

**Report Generation**:

- Design and prepare periodic reports such as daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc reports based on management requirements.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to help stakeholders quickly understand complex data.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports across the organization.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and security.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and correct them.
- Create and manage data entry templates and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes.

**Support Decision Making**:

- Provide management with actionable insights by analyzing historical data and trends.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities through detailed analysis.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies and decision-making.

**System Maintenance & Optimization**:

- Maintain and update the MIS system, ensuring it is aligned with the business requirements.
- Suggest improvements to the existing MIS processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth data flow.

**Forecasting and Trend Analysis**:

- Assist in forecasting based on historical data and industry trends.
- Provide regular reports on business trends, market conditions, and forecasts to help management plan for the future.

**Data Security and Confidentiality**:

- Ensure that all sensitive data is protected and confidentiality is maintained.
- Follow company policies regarding data access and usage, and monitor who accesses certain reports.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate.
- **Experience: ( 0 - 6 Months )**

**Note - 2 wheeler is Mandatory**
