Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management: Handle e-tenders on the GEM portal and prepare necessary documentation.
- Quotations & Invoicing: Draft professional quotations and generate customer invoices using Tally.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, track movements, and produce regular inventory reports.
- Vendor Coordination: Generate purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Accounts Maintenance: Record petty cash and daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for filings and audits.
- Subsidy Assistance: Manage documentation, upload and troubleshooting of DBT applications.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, billing trends, and financial summaries for management.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with document filing, correspondence, and compliance tasks.
