**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and industry trends
- Regularly update CRM with customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service and client satisfaction
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-first attitude
- Proficient in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting and tracking
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
