**Position**:Customer Support Manager.

**Experience**:5+ Years of experience as team lead.

**Tools Knowledge**:ZOHO CRM, JIRA,SLACK, Basecamp, Cloud Software.

**Work Location & Mode**:Coimbatore & Work From Office.

**Shift Timing**:17:00pm to 2:00am / 18:00 pm to 03:00 am (IST)

**Working Days**:Monday to Friday.

**Fixed Off**:Saturday & Sunday.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Prior experience of interacting with US customers is preferred.
- Must have experienced in SAAS product.

Technical knowledge - Understanding the company's product and services and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Need to work as an individual contributor in the beginning minimum 6 months to 1 year.
- Experience in using CRM tools.
- Customer centric mindset - Should be focused on delivering positive experience and building a long lasting relationship with customers.
- Problem solving and analytical skills - Should have the ability to analyze data and patterns and suggest solutions.
- Documentation and tracking - Should be able to document and track customer interactions on an everyday basis.
- Should have Team Lead experience to manage and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Team Handling.
- Creating SOP & Knowledge guide.
- Performance evaluation for the team members & sharing feedbacks.
- Preparing a leave plan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
