The Workforce Planning Associate role resides on the Corporate IT (CIT) Business Operations team and supports contingent hiring for the entire CIT organization. The position requires an experienced business management professional with the ability to seamlessly flex between the strategic and the tactical. This position interacts with a wide range of stakeholders both within CIT and with cross-functional teams, including project managers, Finance, HR, as well all people managers.
**Essential Functions**
- Assist with critical workforce management functions, including the end-to-end process of planning, forecasting, executing, tracking and reporting activities. Partner closely with HR, Contingent Workforce Office and Talent Acquisition partners, in collaboration with CIT senior leadership, to support the overall Visa and CIT organizational goals and needs.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and other business management tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to key stakeholders on large scale programs.
- As a change agent, discover opportunities for process improvements, pilot and then drive on a larger scale.
- Provide oversight and coordination of processes to ensure financial objectives are met, including month end close, Quarterly Forecast and Annual planning and reporting requirements.
- Assist with Executive reporting and operational Technology metrics focusing on continuous improvement and evolution to maximize decision making and executive visibility.
- Build processes that meet CITs business objectives and ensure compliance and completeness.
- Guide CIT through processes that help them come to solutions and make decisions.
- Support broader day-to-day business management functions to support the efficient functioning of the Corporate IT organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications
- Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
- Must have high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and often time ambiguous environment.
- Relevant work experience in a Workforce Planning or Business Operations context
- Attention to detail and analytical rigor, as well as the ability to synthesize and streamline information for executive reporting.
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, consistency and collaboration within the CIT organization and other key cross-functional stakeholders.
