**Position**:Workforce Planning Coordinator (Intern/Fresher)
**Location**:Hebbal - Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs.
Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for workforce optimization.
Support the coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Contribute to the development of workforce reports and analytics.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
