We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our team's success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for site visits.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Experience with office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
