**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**
- Assist customers with queries related to products/services, processes, or issues.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
**Issue Resolution**
- Record and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on common issues and customer feedback.
**Process Improvement**
- Identify recurring concerns and suggest improvements in support procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Communications, Business, or Customer Service).
✔ **Experience**:0 to 1 year** in customer service/support (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
✔ **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
✔ **Soft Skills**: Empathy, patience, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
