**Job Title**:EdTech Recruiter**

**Location**: Thane, Maharashtra, India

**Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top EdTech talent.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Represent our organization at industry events and networking functions to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.

Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.

Market Research and Trends Analysis:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in educational technology and talent acquisition.

Conduct market research to benchmark against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of **2-5 years **of experience in recruitment, with a focus on **EdTech or educational** technology.

Strong understanding of the educational technology landscape, including familiarity with learning management systems, educational software, and digital learning tools.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
