**Job Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven **IT Recruiter** to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a range of technical roles that drive RKDemy mission forward.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate feedback
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles: Developers, DevOps, Software testing Engineers, Java and.NET developer etc.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Promote RKDemy’s employer brand across various platforms

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, any Graduates or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
