Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business acquisition by targeting SMEs, corporates, and large clients requiring courier, parcel, and warehousing solutions
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Identify growth opportunities across different sectors and regions
- Present and explain GMS offerings to clients, including pricing, coverage, and service benefits
- Follow up diligently on inquiries and close deals based on commercial understanding
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Report daily/weekly activities and maintain CRM updates
- Participate in regional review meetings and align with the company's growth vision

Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier, or express distribution companies
- Industry background is mandatory - preferred employers: VRL, DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Professional Couriers, or similar players
- Strong knowledge of commercial terms, pricing, and margin strategies in logistics
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred)
- Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and field-ready

Good to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Background in warehousing sales or fulfillment-based solutions
- Existing database of potential clients or trade network

Salary

Base range: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month CTC

Attractive incentives on performance, client onboarding, and revenue generation
