Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate to work closely with leadership in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone looking to establish brand awareness, generate demand, and drive customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Optimize website content, SEO, and landing pages to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Create and manage content, including blogs, case studies, and social media posts.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials.
- Identify and explore partnerships, sponsorships, and community-building opportunities.
- Plan and promote webinars, podcasts, and industry events to position OpenIntervue as a thought leader.

What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
