As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert guidance through the real estate transaction process, build and maintain relationships with clients, and work toward achieving sales targets while upholding the standards and reputation of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Build relationships, understand client needs, and guide them through buying, selling, or renting properties.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**: Create and manage listings, organize showings, and promote properties online and offline.
- **Transaction Support**: Assist with contracts, paperwork, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on market trends and property values to advise clients effectively.
- **Lead Generation**: Use networking and marketing to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- **Administrative Duties**: Keep accurate records and track sales performance.

**Education and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
