**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for campaigns.
- Develop ad copy and creative strategies to enhance performance.
- **Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Adjust bids, ad placements, and targeting settings to maximize performance.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and monitor budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Provide detailed budget forecasts and reporting.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other reporting software to track campaign success.
- Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content, SEO, and design teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, ideally 2+ years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
