**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive/Salesperson is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory in Odisha. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, presenting our products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Negotiation**:Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.

**Sales Closing**:Secure sales orders and ensure timely execution of contracts.

**Sales Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.

**Achieving Targets**:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Territory Management**:Effectively manage the assigned sales territory in Odisha, optimizing travel and customer visits.

**Sales Generation**: Actively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and referrals.
