Customer Engagement Greet customers promptly and professionally Understand customer needs preferences and budget to recommend suitable vehicles Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features specifications and benefits of two-wheeler models Sales Process Management Maintain a customer-centric approach during the sales process from inquiry to closing Follow up with leads conduct test drives and work closely with customers to facilitate purchase decisions Assist customers with financing options and paperwork ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations Product Knowledge Stay updated on all product offerings including new models features and pricing Educate customers on after-sales services maintenance requirements and warranties Achieving Sales Targets Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager Actively participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase dealership visibility Customer Relationship Management CRM Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions follow-up schedules and document relevant information Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers for repeat business and referrals Market Awareness Stay informed about market trends competitor offerings and new product developments Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands to help shape sales strategies Administrative Tasks Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and promptly Ensure vehicle display and inventory are maintained according to dealership standards Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and customer-focused with the ability to handle objections and close sales Basic understanding of CRM software and dealership management systems DMS Goal-oriented and self-motivated to meet sales targets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred or relevant diploma in Sales Marketing or a related field Previous experience in sales automobile experience is an advantage but freshers are welcome Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Compensation Package Performance bonus Schedule Fixed shift Experience Cold calling 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Sales 1 year Preferred sales representative 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7077225379
