Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in sales. As a Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge to equip you for success in the field. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, learning to generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups

Learn and understand the product portfolio to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients

Field Work

Support the team in developing and executing sales strategies

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and client presentations

Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and goals

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
