**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **outlet preparation** and opening setup
- Take **customer orders** and ensure a friendly service experience
- Support **beverage preparation** and learn café machinery handling
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** at the counter and preparation area
- Upsell and promote items to improve **in-store sales**:

- Learn basic café operations and follow standard procedures

Pay: ₹13,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
