**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for IT products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and schedule social media content.
- Support the development and optimization of SEO strategies.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and technology.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Training Period**:

- **Duration**: 3 months (unpaid).
- Trainees will receive hands-on training and mentorship in digital marketing, market analysis, and client engagement.

**Post-Training Evaluation**:

- After successful completion of the training, performance will be evaluated.
