**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Odoo ERP Trainee Consultant** to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience to build a strong foundation in ERP consulting. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with the Odoo platform, supporting implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Work closely with functional consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.
- Support the development team by translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Conduct testing and assist in troubleshooting to ensure optimal module performance.
- Help train end-users on Odoo functionalities and ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Participate in website management and updates within the Odoo platform.
- Engage in ongoing learning to deepen your understanding of Odoo features and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
