Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Follow up with interested leads and assist in conversions.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
  • Confident, polite, and willing to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
