Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage, and expand sales opportunities in **international markets**.
- Identify and establish new business relationships with distributors, importers, and clients.
- Handle **end-to-end overseas sales process** — from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, and order finalization to dispatch coordination and payment follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential regions, partners, and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online business meetings (if required).
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade regulations.
- Achieve monthly and annual overseas sales targets.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in **overseas/export sales**, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Strong understanding of international trade processes, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and handle multiple time zones.
- Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience dealing with **international clients** will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit), shipping documentation, and export procedures.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
