PetroBot has developed Asia's First In-service Tank Bottom Inspection Robot called ITIS Rover and India's First Magnetic type Wall Climbing Inspection Robot called MagRover under the “Make In India” & “AtmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- The Finance and Operations Associate will be responsible for the following tasks:_
- Handle finance and administration functions of PetroBot offsite and onsite location.
- Support the business development, marketing and branding teams. Handle Office's basic operation task such as courier documents, scanning and maintaining financial documents and managing entries of employees etc.
- Coordinate administrative functions of human resource, payroll, and procurement.
- Assume leadership roles of new tasks and support other key programs as need in PetroBot arise.
- Implement financial management and procurement system, including preparing regular financial forecasts, sales reports, quotations, customer invoices, and relevant financial reports.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Masters in finance, accounting, business administration or other related fields with preferable 1 year of relevant professional experience in private sector
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, including good attention to details in reports and presentations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a diverse, team-oriented environment
- Experience working in an institution that focuses on manufacturing and product development
- Excellent client orientation, diplomatic skills, and drive for results are essential
- Proficiency in computer usage, particularly in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
