We are committed to delivering financial solutions that feel like family interactions.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Jaipur and surrounding regions. The role requires a strong leader who can build, manage, and inspire sales teams, design effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve business growth and profitability targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics.- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across rural and urban segments.- Conduct market research to track competition, customer needs, and emerging trends.- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and trust.- Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to sales teams.- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and present insights to senior management.- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and ethical lending practices.- Foster a culture of customer-centric service and high performance within the team.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- 8-12 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in the NBFC/financial services sector.- Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Penetration.- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage large sales teams.- Solid understanding of market research, customer relationship management, and client engagement.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Prior experience working in grassroots lending or rural financial services is highly desirable.
