Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily financial operations including invoice processing, expense approvals, and payment managementReview and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with financial terms and conditionsCoordinate with buyer finance teams for account reconciliation and payment follow-upsCoordinate with internal and external CA for audits, tax filings, statutory compliance, and financial reviewsPrepare and analyze monthly MIS reports to monitor profitability and financial performanceApprove or decline marketing budgets and discount proposals based on financial impact analysisSupervise and guide the existing accounting team to ensure accurate financial record-keepingManage month-end close process ensuring timely and accurate closure of books and financial reportingTrack and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash burn reports for accurate expense tracking and budgetary decisionsManage vendor relationships and oversee partnership payouts while ensuring regulatory complianceMonitor and manage SaaS subscriptions and recurring expenses, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely renewalsAnalyze spending patterns and collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunitiesSupport revenue and expense forecast updates leveraging financial data for strategic planningImplement financial controls and processes to support business growth and scalabilityProvide regular financial updates and recommendations to business owner for strategic decisionsRequirements:CA/CMA qualification or equivalent finance degree with 3-7 years relevant experienceStrong analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting and financial analysisKnowledge of distribution/trading business operations preferredProficiency in accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks), Excel, and financial reporting toolsExperience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication skills for stakeholder managementLocation: JaipurHow to ApplyIf interested, please email with the following:1) Salary Expectations Transparency is key in our hiring process.
