Key Accountabilities


• Achieve branch sales targets for vehicle finance products.


• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent business performance.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.


• Drive lead generation, follow-up, and loan conversion to achieve business goals.


• Ensure smooth loan documentation, verification, and processing within TAT.


• Monitor branch operations, compliance, and adherence to company policies.


• Conduct market analysis to identify and capture new business opportunities.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer retention.
