As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs optimized for digital and print production and preparing artwork for printing with precision and quality. You will be providing support on daily service delivery tasks, and contributing to the training of machine learning models for enhancing our encryption techniques

- Design Creation: Produce high-quality designs for print and digital media using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator
- Pre press & File Preparation: Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accurate file formatting, colors, and specifications.
- Printing Technologies: Stay updated on the latest printing technologies and processes, ensuring designs meet quality standards.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain visual standards across multiple channels.
- Quality Control: Review proofs and final printed materials to ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and print quality.
- Solutioning: Collaborate with the internal team to understand requirements and provide support for implementing solutions.
- Artwork & Configuration Management: Configuring settings on cloud platforms
- Client Interaction : Interact with clients / printers to understand their design needs, present design concepts, and make revisions based on feedback

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Printing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Print Production Knowledge: Familiarity with print production processes like digital, offset, Screen Printing, Flexography, Gravure.
- Prepress preparation: Experience in file formatting, color separation, bleed, and resolution requirements.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong skills in articulating concepts and collaborating with teams and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliveries.
