**Job Title / Role**: Associate - Learning Delivery

**Purpose of the Role**:
Achieve the intended value of learning programs as per program design through structured program delivery, assessment, evaluation, and certification.

**Role Description**:
1. Establish annual & quarterly plan for learning needs using appropriate algorithms/study and ensuring optimal use of resources.

2. Implement effective Daily Work Management (DWM) to organize program, action learning & assessment as per the program schedule.

3. Ensure the certified facilitators are oriented to the desired methodology and assessment framework.

4. Leverage digital technologies for effective learning delivery and effectiveness - self-learning, assessments, action learning, etc.

5. Conduct formative and summative assessment for the learning outcomes and analyze.

6. Support in establishing systems and processes to enhance the learning ecosystem and implement.

7. Analyze data on learning engagement & effectiveness and initiate corrective and preventive actions (PDCA).

8. Conduct training evaluation from L1 to L4 level using Kirkpatrick's evaluation model and measure ROI.

**Education Qualification & Required Experience**:
1. PGDM / MBA or BE/B. Tech from a reputed institute.

2. 2- 5 years of relevant working experience in learning delivery or program management.

3. Understanding of learning processes - Learning needs assessment, learning design & development (ADDIE model), Learning operations, learning facilitation, learning assessment, Training evaluation using Kirkpatrick's model, etc.

4. Familiarity with the usage of learning technologies/tools such as LMS, learning engagement, MS Office, and data analytics.

5. Engagement in continuous learning towards professional development.
