About Us:
Bandi is an innovative grocery store startup aiming to revolutionize the grocery delivery industry. We are looking for a Head of Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Order Management**:

- Take full responsibility for the delivery process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee and optimize daily delivery operations.

2. **Team Building**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of delivery personnel.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

3. **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop forward-looking strategies for the long-term success of the delivery department.
- Plan for the sustained growth of the delivery services within the startup.

4. **Hands-On Delivery**:

- Willingly participate in the delivery process to ensure a hands-on understanding of daily operations.

5. **Reporting and Investor Relations**:

- Generate management reports providing insights into delivery performance.
- Collaborate in preparing information for investor presentations.

6. **Shop Management**:

- Manage multiple aspects of shop operations, including procurement and overall shop health.
- Take responsibility for the overall well-being of the grocery store.

7. **Future Leadership Role**:
**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required; willingness to work hard is essential.
- Forward-looking mindset with a commitment to the long-term success of the startup.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people and multiple aspects of shop operations.
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication skills for both team management and investor relations.
