Partner Delivery Associate

In this opportunity as **Partner Delivery Associate**, you will be responsible for successfully aiding partner to perform their deliverables - setting up partners in system, establishing SOWs, creating Purchase Orders, facilitating partner invoice processing and payments.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Statement of Work (SOW): Creating, Reviewing & finalizing SOWs - with Professional Service leaders and partners
- Identifying appropriate TR entity to engage with partners
- Scope of engagement
- Delivery Acceptance
- Payment schedules
- Signatures
- Change Requests
- Getting Sourcing, finance & business approvals for projects
- Ariba Tool:

- Creating/Top up Purchase Orders
- Setting up or Extending partner entities
- Receipting Goods & Services based on milestones
- Scanning Invoices for Non-E-Invoicing countries
- Account Payables:

- Address invoicing issues with AP team
- Ensuring timely payment per agreed terms
- Fixing issues with PO in Ariba Tool
- Addressing partner concerns related to payments, invoices, etc.,
- Fieldglass Tool:

- Setting up new profiles in Field Glass for contractors
- Maintaining Field Glass profiles to avoid deactivation.
- Contract Data Management Team (CDM): Working with CDM team to execute SOW signatures between TR and Partner Partners/Vendors:

- Welcoming partners on new engagements. Working with them to get necessary information to set up them up accordingly in the relevant systems
- Reconciling Invoices vs Payments
- Provide assistance with respect to PO/Invoices/Payments etc.,
- Addressing their concerns
- Reporting
- Measuring expenditure against budgets
- Tracking estimates vs actuals
- Reporting monthly/YTD spends
- Assessing Risks with respect to PO/honoring invoices etc.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Partner Delivery Associate if your background includes:

- Bachelor degree in B.Com or Business Management.
- Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years - which includes.
- General understanding of project management,
- Work Administration
- Collaboration across departments and working with partners
- Handling escalations
- General understanding of Accounts payables
- Ability to learn and update knowledge of different systems involved (Ariba, CORA)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
- Detail oriented, organization skills, time management
- Hands on problem solver
- Possess a positive learning attitude.
- Reporting abilities
