**About the job Position**: Office Assistant
**CTC**:Up to INR 2.40L per annum
**Gross Salary**: 2.20L per annum
**Annual Retention Bonus**: 0.20L - Released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving notice period.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including making necessary arrangements and notifying participants.
- Manage office supplies and inventory and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, including Laptops and printers.
- Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues and liaise with IT support for a resolution.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by preparing workspaces, providing necessary equipment, and completing required paperwork.
- Support the planning and execution of office events or activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other shipments.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is desirable.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
