Field Sales Representative

Overall responsible for target-oriented growth of business (new customer acquisition) in allocated communities/society.
- Overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns at community/society level through agencies /promoters.
- Build and maintain a healthy relationship with key community/ RWA stakeholders.
- Plan and maintain a weekly / monthly marketing execution plan.
- Provide product and service information to new customers.
- Do recce of the household for serviceability/market reach purposes
- Focus on job roles that emphasize performance and sales.
- On-ground training will be provided.
- This is a subscription-based sale, not a product sale.
- The next day, the store location may change based on Customer Foot Fall, they have to stay at the assigned store for customer acquisition..
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
