Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales within your designated territory. You will be the face of the company, building and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, forecasts, and achievements, to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,459.61 - ₹31,351.01 per month
