Education and Skills Requirements:

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Sales Knowledge : Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software or sales tools.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present effectively to customers.
- Teamwork : Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving : Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and challenges effectively.
- Time Management : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work in the field to engage with customers directly.
- Customer Focus : A customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
