We are looking for a Shipping Documentation Executive for a renowned global maritime consultancy.

**Job Profile**:
Preparing Charter Parties: Preparing and sending Working CP’s to Owners / Charterers, and following up with reminders for confirmation on same.
Co-ordinating with Associate brokers:
Checking draft/working CP received from associate brokers
Sending confirmation for draft cp or requesting correction / changes if any.
Following up with them for sending originals.
Forwarding ‘Original’ C/P documentation to principals and following up for signed / fully executed C/P’s.
Maintaining records of original charter-parties sent for signatures / counter signatures to principals.
Internal communication with Chartering, Operations and other departments involved in various Charter Party matters

**Requirements**:
Minimum level of Education:
BSC Graduate with X/XII from ISCE/ISC/CBSE Board.
Preferably a post graduate with a commercial/business degree or an associated shipping qualification.
Experience: 1-3 years
In-depth understanding of the shipping industry
Familiarity with Chartering Market/Terms & Conditions (Voyage and Time Charter party)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated and self-driven, able to work well as part of the team.
Good planning & organizing skills.
Fluency in English (additional language(s) a plus).
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
