**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify, develop, and manage **HORECA accounts** to increase sales revenue.
- Achieve **monthly and annual sales targets** by onboarding new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Generate leads and close deals with **hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and catering businesses**.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **chefs, food & beverage managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers**.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct **regular client visits, product presentations, and tastings**.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with HORECA clients.
- Ensure long-term agreements and partnerships with key accounts.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Provide market feedback for **pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotions**.
- **Brand Promotion & Product Awareness**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team for **HORECA-focused campaigns, events, and activations**.
- Conduct training sessions for client staff on **product benefits and usage**.
- **Supply Chain & Coordination**:
- Ensure **timely order processing, delivery, and inventory management** in collaboration with the supply chain team.
- Address client concerns related to **logistics, stock availability, and payments**.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:
- Maintain **sales reports, client databases, and revenue forecasts**.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for business expansion.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field**.
- **Experience**:2-5 years** in HORECA sales, **FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality, or alcohol industry**.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of **HORECA sales dynamics and client needs**.
- Experience in **B2B sales, key account management, and negotiations**.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office**.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent **communication, networking, and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **negotiation and persuasion abilities**.
- Ability to **travel extensively** for client visits and market development.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in **alcohol, dairy, frozen food, bakery, or premium consumer goods sales**.
- Existing relationships with **hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and catering companies**.
- Knowledge of **logistics, pricing strategies, and local regulatory requirements**.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
