The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of home and kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves traveling to customer locations, diagnosing appliance issues, and providing timely and efficient service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Installation**
- Set up and install home and kitchen appliances such as Chimney, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure proper connections, leveling, and safety during installation.

**2. Maintenance and Repairs**
- Diagnose technical issues and faults in appliances and determine appropriate solutions.
- Repair or replace faulty components using specialized tools and equipment.

**3. Customer Interaction**
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers at their locations.
- Explain appliance issues, repair processes, and maintenance tips to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or queries.

**4. Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Complete work orders and provide detailed reports to supervisors or service managers.

**5. Safety and Compliance**
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations during all installations and repairs.
- Stay updated on industry standards and appliance technologies.

**6. Inventory Management**
- Manage and maintain a stock of commonly used parts and tools in the service vehicle.
- Order replacement parts as needed, ensuring timely delivery for repairs.

**Qualifications**: Minimum 10th or above

**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Work Environment**
- Field-based with frequent travel to customer locations.
- Exposure to various environments, including residential homes and commercial kitchens.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
