We are a dynamic and growing company managing multiple business websites and platforms. We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Core PHP, WordPress, backend development, hosting, and domain management to join our team part-time. If you're an experienced and independent developer who can handle everything from backend coding to server management, this role is for you.

Job Type:

  • Part-Time (4 Hours/Day)
  • Remote / Work from Home
  • Long-term position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple existing websites built on Core PHP and WordPress.
  • Handle all backend development tasks independently, including coding, structure, and database updates.
  • Implement new features, fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve security.
  • Manage website hosting, domains, server settings, and configurations.
  • Work with MySQL databases — create, modify, and optimize queries, tables, and structures.
  • Ensure website uptime, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate updates across platforms.
  • Migrate or integrate websites to other platforms when needed.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly.
  • Document all changes and maintain proper version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in full stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Core PHP and WordPress (custom theme & plugin development).
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Experience managing cPanel, hosting environments, DNS, and domain settings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues quickly and independently.
  • Familiarity with other platforms or frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Shopify, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-management abilities.
  • Must be able to work independently without supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO and website optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work with design teams or independently implement UI/UX improvements.
