About Us
RadAssistPro, a division of RxOnWeb, is a specialized radiology support company providing 24/7 technical and operational support to hospitals and radiology groups across the United States.
We manage tasks such as PACS administration, case coordination, critical results communication, and report management for teleradiology practices.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Support Technician Executives to join our growing remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming radiology cases and ensure smooth workflow for reporting teams.
- Communicate effectively with hospitals, clinics, and radiologists via chat, email, and call.
- Upload, verify, and manage DICOM studies and reports within PACS systems (like OnePacs).
- Assist in tracking report status, case escalation, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs, shift reports, and performance updates.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with the admin or IT team when needed.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (science or technical background preferred).
- Good communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Excellent computer operating knowledge and comfort with multi-tab workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with radiology terms, PACS, or medical workflows is a strong plus.
- Good Wi-Fi connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and a reliable laptop are mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
