
Customer Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities-**_
- **Lead Follow Up** : Proactively follow up with potential leads to enhance conversion rates, ensuring a seamless process inquiry to test drive scheduling.
- **Test Drive Coordination**: Collaborate with car dealers to arrange test drives for prospective customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Lead Tracking**: Maintain meticulous records of all eads in CRM system to ensure no conversion opportunities are missed.
- **Feedback Coordination**: Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion success, contributing to ongoing optimization strategies.
- **Dealer Acquisition**: Identify and connect with new car dealers, on-boarding them into the lead generation process o expand our network and drive growth.
- **Qualifications**_
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- **Required Skills-**_
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team in fast paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
