**Required: Production Executive at SURAT LOCATION**

**About the Company
- TEXTILE INDUSTRY**

**Prior experience 2-3 years Experience as a Production Manager in Carton Industry.**

Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Production Executive

(Preferably from - a ( têxtile Industry )

**Location - Surat
- piplod**

**Salary - 20k to 25k**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Who has good experience in Box Manufacturing who will be responsible for the its production process and quality.

Planning and organizing production schedules.

Monitoring the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed.

Monitoring product standards and implement quality-control programmers.

Determining quality control standards.

Ensuring that the production is cost-effective.

Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

Supervising and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

Determining the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor degree in engineering (production section is preferred).
- Extensive knowledge in Production Management.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills. - Leadership Skills. - Problem solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
